Harada Homes Ltd builds domestic buildings, buys and sells its own real estate, and lets what it is prepared to keep. The registered door is Plantation View, The Vownog, Sychdyn, Mold. We do not sell a lifestyle catalogue from a city showroom. We work a Flintshire address and the rooms that can honestly sit on it.

01 — The name
Harada is a quiet word. Homes is the work.
The company was incorporated on 15 December 2020 in England and Wales. The registered office is Plantation View, The Vownog, Sychdyn, Mold CH7 6EW. Our filed activities are construction of domestic buildings; buying and selling of own real estate; and other letting and operating of own or leased real estate. In ordinary English: we build houses, we buy and sell houses we actually own, and we let rooms we are prepared to stand behind.
Sychdyn sits above Mold, on the Flintshire side of the Clwydian hills. The Vownog is a lane, not a development brand. Plantation View is a house name on a filing, not a visitor centre. If you arrive without a time, you will find a residential door. Write first to info@harada-homes.online.
We are not a volume housebuilder with a flag on every roundabout. We are not a holiday-cottage company that paints the same slate heart on every key. A domestic building here has to take rain, a narrow lane, and a neighbour who has lived on the hill longer than the Ltd.

Construction of domestic buildings
New rooms, extensions, and the quiet rebuild of a house that already knows the lane. We would rather a plan that fits The Vownog than a catalogue elevation that belongs on a ring road. Write the site, the slope, and whether the neighbour’s light is part of the brief.
Buying and selling of own real estate
We buy what we are prepared to hold and sell what we no longer need to keep. That is not a trading floor. If a house cannot be explained from Sychdyn, it does not enter the book. We will not invent a city postcode to make a sale look metropolitan.
Letting of own or leased real estate
A let is a relationship with a winter. Heating, access, the lane when it ices. We do not advertise a lifestyle. We say what the house does in January. If that is enough, write. If you need a rooftop pool in the copy, there are other companies.
03 — Rooms we will discuss
Filter by the work, not by a brochure colour.
A house that faces the weather
Openings that know the hill. Not a glass box that photographs well and weeps in November.
One plan, one lane
If the van cannot turn, the plan is not finished. Sychdyn is not a CAD default.
Stock we still own
Buying and selling our own real estate means the key is ours until it is not. No phantom listings.
A winter let
The question is whether you can live in it when the lane is dark at four. We will say if you cannot.
A room we would keep
If we would not sit in it, we should not ask rent for it. That is the whole test.
Kitchen, not a set
Lets fail in the first week at the sink. Tell us how you cook. We will tell you if the house can take it.
04 — Ground
Flintshire is not a mood. It is a map.
Mold is the market town. Sychdyn is the village on the rise. The Clwydian range sits to the west. Liverpool and Chester are close enough that people pretend this is a commuter product. We would rather a tenant or a buyer who has stood on The Vownog in the rain.
Plantation View is the registered office. Building work happens on sites we name in the note, not on a secret map. Viewing a let is by appointment. Unannounced visits are a residential problem, not a viewing.

Build, buy or let. The postcode of the ground. What you already own.
Walk
If a visit is useful, we give a time. The lane is narrow. Come once, prepared.
Stay
A house that cannot take a Flintshire winter should not have left the plan.

Five years of a house name
The Ltd is five. We have not added a fourth activity. Build, own, let is already a full winter if you actually do the rooms.
A show home is a lie in a village
Sychdyn does not need a dressed lounge with a bowl of lemons. It needs a plan that can be built, and a rent that matches the heating.
Buying our own stock
Other people’s land is a different company. If we do not own it, we do not sell it as if we did.
November is the honest month
View a let when the light is short. June photographs are a different house.
Extensions are still houses
Domestic construction includes the room that was missing. If the original house is ashamed of the addition, the plan failed.

We build domestic buildings we can reach and explain. If the ground is a day’s drive and a mystery, we will say no. Flintshire first. Then the note.
The filing is our own real estate and lets of own or leased real estate. We are not a high-street agency with a board on every street.
